"The Cross, the God-Man, and You" is a Biblical teaching on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The author will discuss the origin of the cross and its use as an instrument of death. He will also look at metaphors, types, and shadows depicted in the scriptures that point to the old rugged cross.

The purpose of this teaching is three-fold:

• To call attention to the cross and its value in Christian thought, increasing the believer's appreciation for the sacrifice that was made by Jesus.
• To explain to the non-believer the reason for the cross and how it will affect his or her eternal destiny.
• To share the top 10 benefits of the crucifixion in the lives of believers.

Questions will be asked like: Who killed Jesus? Why did he have to die" What does it mean to take up the cross and follow Jesus? Why is the cross a symbol of faith when it served as an instrument of death?
