Wholeness in Learning gives us a form of learning that is whole, in the sense of being undivided and complete. It involves not only growth through experience, but also increasing self-awareness, and the ability to let go, to open up to what is new and other. This holistic form of learning allows us to connect directly with ourselves, others, and the mystery of life. It integrates learning as the acquisition of knowledge and skills with learning as opening up and letting go. This allows us to gain knowledge and experience in a way that is ever more competent, while at the same time bringing us closer to who we are deep-down.
