Peace is the ideal that humans strive for its achievement. The author elaborates on the teachings of peace by finding a common language among all human beings. Since the audiences of this letter are ordinary people, it is written in an informal and simple language. This text reminds all humans that their shared values are enough for the deployment of peace. Consensus on a common structure for humans and a shared structure for the world would lay a common ground for discourses, which can be extended to other facts too. This booklet, in form of an intimate letter divided in two sections, expresses the shared truths of all human beings. There are two general attitudes about the future of the world: clear and promising attitude, which is underpinned by peace and the proper exploitation of the resources of the earth and the dark and disappointing attitude, which is characterized by outbreak of wars and the exhaustion of the earth\'s resources. We peacekeepers adopt the positive attitude. In the second part of the book, the near future of the world, i.e. the future e-government that is representative of the promised paradise, is described.
