At one point in his history, the man who, after Descartes, claimed to be "As master and possessor of nature", was anxious to tame nature and improve his living conditions on earth. He embarked on a technological race, which over time proved to be promising, efficient and regulating of living conditions. Thus, he went from rudimentary technology to supra-technology, which led to major inventions in various fields of science and technology, such as biology, biochemistry, physics and mechanics, to name but a few. As a facilitator, the new techniques and sciences will take on exponential proportions, becoming vital and fundamental. But nature is gradually being modified, degraded and polluted, and life on earth is threatened with extinction by these technologies, through which Man has made himself a god by erecting laws and rules that run counter to environmental ethics and morality. He was thus endangering all the lives of his brothers and sisters with whom God had given him to share the earth.
