Running on Lithium describes a young man's battle with mental health as he navigates through the prison system after being convicted of a crime. He has friends and family that help him through his struggles while on the inside. His family is held dear to the young man's heart all throughout his sentence. This book contains around 30 poems that are meant to coincide with some of the letters the book holds. This book is a story of faith, redemption, and family.
