• a comprehensive philosophical/theoretical framework that underpins the need to move beyond school reformation at the national level towards institutional transformation at the local level
• a series of vignettes to highlight the authors' actionable model for school transformation, based on and aligned with their theoretical framework, known as "One-to-One Schools and Communities Together!"
• a unique approach to define and track individual and collective successes known as "The Power of One"
• a thought-provoking set of five (5) group discussion questions, as well as a challenging set of five (5) individual/group extension activities included at the conclusion of each chapter
