Rudolf Steiner's seminal lectures to the first teachers before the opening of the first Waldorf school called "The Study of Man" (or "Foundations of Human Experience" in the more recent edition) is a rich and systematic descritpion of a new approach to education, made possible through Dr. Steiner's insights. He presented in this lectures a completely revolutionary approach to education, needed for the future of the children coming to the school and for all mankind.
