First published in 1895, 'The Antichrist' it is an absolute onslaught on Christianity instead of an explanation on evil or Satan by Friedrich Nietzsche, a German philosopher, cultural critic and philologist whose work has exerted a profound influence on contemporary philosophical history. Nietzsche delivers a highly controversial view of Christianity as a harmful impact upon western civilization that must come to an end.
