The Anthem Binder is made of black vinyl-covered cardboard and has elastic bands designed to hold up to five anthems. It is a black, vinyl-covered cardboard binder (8" x 11 1/2"), with 2 clear plastic pockets, that holds up to 5 anthems using coated elastic bands. You can increase the capacity to 8 by adding additional bands. A 3/4" wide metal strip runs the length of the spine, with 4 hooks at the top and bottom to hold the elastic bands.
