The Holy Communion has been a subject of controversies in certain circles. Some believe it is a representation of the body and blood of Jesus Christ, whereas Jesus did not say so. The communion, (bread and wine) is to be seen and reverenced as the actual body and blood of Jesus Christ. The ordinance, was established before the foundation of the world, where Jesus became the Lamb of God and was sacrificed for the redemption of God's creation. Jesus actualized it when He came to die on the cross, to shed His blood to redeem, reconcile and restore man back to God. When we take the communion, we remember His death and sacrifice for us on the cross. The communion has the power to deliver heal and bless when taken in the appropriate manner, as Paul warned us. In this book, the foundation for this ordinance is traced from heaven, before the foundation of the world, and how God through the scriptures, revealed the coming of Jesus to die for our sins until Calvary, and even beyond. The power of the blood of Jesus over sin and the devil is also revealed in the taking of the communion.
