Growth and Change is a call for Christian leaders to embrace the necessity of a passion for transforming the church. It calls on leaders to embrace the pain of change so that they can lead their churches into the transformation that is necessary to pursue growth.Growth and Change is not really a manual for how to bring change in the church. It's much more a return to first principles— to seeing and sharing God's heart for the lost; to recognising the eternal importance of making disciples; and to creating a willingness to pursue and embrace the kind of change that will promote growth.
