The state of the American evangelical church is in decline. Approximately 7,500 churches are closing their doors annually. While church planting and replanting movements have been successful in nurturing new life, what if more could be done?

Church fostering is a revitalization strategy that forges a partnership between healthy churches and unhealthy churches for the sake of greater Kingdom impact. Revitalization through church fostering could be the missing piece that solves a very real, complex problem facing the evangelical church today.
