Then the author will present God's truth and His desired outcome, confirming for the reader that Jesus has indeed defeated Satan, though he still prowls around like a roaring lion (1 Peter 5:8). Rather than finger-pointing and shame, Rev. Jones provides encouragement and grace through God's Word and promises that we have the final victory in our Savior, Jesus Christ.
