The Bible shows us the way: In 2 Peter 1:5-8, God calls men to "make every effort" to add seven essential virtues to their faith to make them effective and fruitful. F7 is a small group study built to help you walk that path-step by step, together with other men.

Through 10 sessions, you will understand what it means to live a life of faith, goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, mutual affection, and love. These core virtues help ensure you live a life of godly impact.

The content is biblical, relational, practical, and transformative, with each session providing space for Scripture, engaging discussion, meaningful prayer, and finding practical next steps to live out what you're learning.
