THE CONQUEST OF REAL HAPPINESS:

We all know that "happiness" is a mental or emotional state of non-permanent well-being, which can be defined by positive and pleasant emotions, ranging from contentment to intense joy. The purpose of these lines is to provide a basic orientation for the Reader to achieve a daily happiness, which we know to be perennial, because it depends on factors that we have to conquer, like a treasure, hidden on a distant island.

However, happiness exists within our consciousness, but it is only possible to achieve it through conquest, through discipline, responsibilities with one's own family and social life, and knowledge of the causes that generate unhappiness. The antiquated theories that led human beings to think they are lost or condemned to suffer indiscriminately, due to bad choices, have distanced them from their own happiness.
