Renee Garrett, mother of three grown sons, lives in Maine, where she has helped nurture the blossoming of souls during 24 of her 33 years in parish ministry. She used to use other people's stories for the Children's Message until one day a story about forgiveness took shape in her mind. And then one story after another came to her to the joy of both children and adults. Andrea Hand, renown artist and photographer now residing in Bangor, Maine, contributed the illustrations. The book has an appendix with theological reflections on each of those stories.
