PurposeThe purpose of this document is to enlighten pastors with a more profound perspective on the God they serve and divine understanding of the nature of the church they pastor.Goals-To remove the biases, traditions, misleading and incorrect information, and even good intentions that hinder a person\'s ability to see and understand the truth of God\'s plan.-To instill a curiosity and drive that causes one to constantly seek enlightenment from the Holy Spirit.-To understand the charge as pastors to align with God\'s plan, to hear Jesus, the Incarnate Word, and to submit to the will of the Holy Spirit.
