Lastly, there is a lesson plan filled with science, math, literacy, writing, and character lesson activities. It is also my hope that this book will also be a literacy resource, to dismantle the negative representation amongst African American males, while utilizing this book as a tool of strength and hope through literacy while celebrating culture, heritage, and achievement.
