In this book we invite you to think about why prayer is so important and to explore some ways of praying. You could keep prayer for Sundays when you're on your knees in Church - but the call to prayer goes far beyond those times, positions and places. You are invited to a constant, intimate conversation with God, it can happen at any time, in any place where you are.

From asking God to stay close to a friend in need to taking some moments to be quiet and ask God for direction, prayer is a daily calling in itself, and we are all called to prayer.
