He obtained an undergraduate degree from Beulah Heights Bible College, now Beulah Heights University, in Atlanta, Georgia. His master's degree and doctorate degree in Christian Education were obtained from Freedom University.

Apostle Henderson's passion is revival, and his desire is to see believers come to a level of fullness, completeness, and soundness in their experience of Christ, evidenced by Apostolic Character and conformation to the nature and likeness of Jesus Christ.

Apostle Henderson is the Senior Presbyter and Founder of the Universal Global Works of Jesus Christ, which serves as the springboard, Outreach, and Mission arm for Apostle Henderson as his ministry spans the globe. He presently serves as Vice President of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce USA.

His passion for the glory of God is evident in his preaching, teaching, and ministering. He is in demand worldwide for his powerful, prophetic, apostolic insight. His ministry is an international outreach via tapes, CDs, books, sermons, conferences, and television/radio broadcasts.
