This book had been rolling around in Kay's head for 30 years. It started formulating one beautiful and dreadful weekend. This is the story of Kay, the young Mum with 3 daughters suffering from a four-year-long Post Natal Depression after the birth of her third child; finding healing on a weekend away by herself of quiet peace and surrender to God.

After achieving goals, kicking down barriers and finding her new identity she is provided the opportunity to start a new life of purpose and is able to call herself AN OVERCOMER.
