Kay shares her journey of recovery and resilience to make a difference in the lives of others.

This book had been rolling around in Kay's head for 30 years. It started formulating one beautiful and dreadful weekend. This is the story of Kay, the young Mum with 3 daughters suffering from a four-year-long Post Natal Depression after the birth of her third child; finding healing on a weekend away by herself of quiet peace and surrender to God.

After achieving goals, kicking down barriers and finding her new identity she is provided the opportunity to start a new life of purpose and is able to call herself AN OVERCOMER.

Start the conversation about mental illness. A part of the Semi Colon Project.
