Born out of pain, anguish, trauma and grief, this collection of poetry and art form a complex tale woven over the survival and healing of a suicide attempt and complex trauma, written and drawn over the 14 months from January 2024 to March 2026. It weaves through a series of topics, reminding us all of how we can hurt and heal once more.

Please enjoy these poems and remember that there are always other people on whom we can turn to for help. The journey of life was never meant to be travelled alone.
