Written while undergoing therapy for PTSD and Depression, the book is a mix of cheer ups and heart-wrenching honesty from the soul, the heart, and the mind. The poems are collected in order of writing and show the journey through recovery from Depression to expressing emotion through literature. The first collection published by Heimdall, it will hopefully not be the last as he continues his ongoing battle against the trauma.
