Love is one of, if not the most misunderstood things by people. The word of God tells us that God is love. It is love that gives life meaning. Anything that is done without love will cease. Love is patient, kind, gentle, humble, full of mercy, rejoices in truth and never fails or comes to an end. The reason the early disciples willingly gave their lives was because they knew and experienced the love of God. It is the unconditional deep affection of God that truly is love. A language may use the word love in different expressions. People use the word love in various ways. This does not justify what love truly is.

All humans are created by a God of love. His desire is for people to receive His love and demonstrate His love. A born-again Christian is born of love but must learn how to love. We must grow in Christ and learn how to use the love we have in us as the Lord Jesus desires.
