I did not go where no white man had gone before, nor did I suffer through disease and fear of death. I did not preach to untold thousands or lead tens of thousands to Christ. I was simply invited to go on a trip to Sierra Leone to be a helper. I was being Timothy to Paul, and my job was to make sure that Brother Arnold was well taken care of. But unknown to me, God would provide opportunities to preach, lead people to Christ, and see places I had never seen before . . ."
