As the Bible declares in Isaiah 40:31 “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. (NKJV)

Every born-again believer is considered to be an eagle, and as eagles, the Eagle-God created us as eagles to reign in every sphere of life. The eagle is a great and wonderful bird, as the king of all birds it has lessons to teach us if we are going to reign as Christians in this life.

The Bible declares in Revelation 5:10 “And have made us kings and priests to our God; and we may reign on the earth.” As eagles, as kings, and priests, we are created to reign in every aspect of life. Our dwelling is not on this earth, it is in the heavenly places.

The eagle is the king of birds, and it flies higher than any other bird, and soars higher base on the strength of the wings, without wings it cannot soar. There are about sixty (60) species of the eagle bird in the whole world. So, every eagle Christian has two wings on which he or she soars higher in every area of life. As eagle Christians, we are to be the head and not the tail, above and not below.
