For the last 60 to 75 years, the Church has slowly changed its message from one that had been focused on holiness in the fear of God to one focused on grace in the love of God. While the intentions may have been good, the results have not. We lost something in the interchange, and by now we have forgotten what it was.
Each volume of a Voice in the Wilderness contains a series of articles that were written to expose that loss and wake the Church up to see the path she is traveling down. Prophet Rising is the third in the series of a Voice in the Wilderness.These articles have the same voice as the Old Testament prophets that break up the fallow ground before any true revival can find fertile soil to be planted in. A Voice in the Wilderness is that same voice in Isaiah 40 that was written to make the crooked straight and prepare the Church for the greatest revival of all time.
