Please read this book! I feel fortunate to have participated in Mrs. Foster's care. This incredible woman survived, raised a family and became a spokesperson for those with disabilities. Unfortunately, in this era where most physicians are now employees, health care may be denied through fear of reimbursement penalties due to poor outcomes.
