Arden Thiessen assumes that Christian faith often consists only of adherence to an empty, formal creed, when it should be a vital, dynamic, life-transforming, wellness-enhancing experience. He gathers his teaching material from the entire Bible, but focuses particularly on the teachings of Jesus and his apostles.
