While there is no question that God created everything in the universe, many Christians are unsure of the purpose of their existence. The Bible calls men clay to the Potter, sheep to the Shepherd, and servants or slaves to the Master. No wonder many Christians view their lives as never-ending battles - full of defeats and filled with burdensome rules and obligations. The enlightened ones understand their roles as sons and daughters of the Father. Some mature ones can see themselves as friends of God. However, few understand our most intimate role as the Bride of Christ.

The term "Bride of Christ" is often used, but few can really comprehend it. Most Christians, cannot visualize God as a lover - as a Bridegroom. The religious ones see God as harsh and angry, who always looks for opportunities to punish, or demands sacrifices to appease Him. If He were a Bridegroom, would He be an angry One, who likes abuse His bride? Certainly, not! God is love.

Is Jesus Christ romantic Bridegroom? Yes, He loves us. He is in love with us. We are His beloved. Like any man in love, He desires us to love Him back and hear us saying "I love you too." The intention of this book is to expound Jesus Christ as a loving Bridegroom, who was willing to die to redeem mankind and make us His beloved Bride. This book will also dive into God's timeline - past, present and future - so that the church understands what we are to do now while waiting for Him to come to pick up His Bride.
