This guide is designed to enable people to facilitate small recovery groups within their local church. Facilitators will utilise our Ctrl-Alt-Del course, a free programme helping people address struggles with pornography.

The pack provides five structured session outlines with introductions, ground rules, discussion prompts, scripture reflections, prayer times, and practical exercises. Each session explores key themes such as recognising the impact of porn, overcoming shame, identifying triggers, building accountability, and deepening reliance on God. The guide equips leaders to create safe, honest, and supportive spaces for participants to process their experiences and take steps toward freedom.

The notes assume that individuals will complete each online module at home the week before the meeting, you can then use the small group to process, reflect and pray together.
