There are many men who believe they can be a successful minister because of their education. Many believe they can be successful because they are a compelling orator. Others believe because their father, or grandfather, was a minister they, too, must follow in their footsteps. Yet, the Bible is clear in its message that God calls the man, God elects the man, and God places him in the office of a minister in the church.

This book is an attempt to help men who believe they have a calling on their life or who are currently in the ministry and are unsure of their calling. It is a practical guide to help men find the biblical solutions to the ministry as well as practical "down to earth" guide on preaching and teaching the Word to the congregation.
