Rick is president of Ministers Network Canada, a network of churches, pastors, and leaders across Canada. Rick pastored Windsor Christian Fellowship Church for 38 years and transitioned WCF over to his oldest son, Pastor RJ, in 2018. Rick is married to Cathy, and together they have six married children and sixteen grandchildren. Rick's life message is on gratitude and Cathy's is on the Cross.
