Over the number of years that I have been serving the Lord, I have come to learn a few things about how important it is to maintain the joy that the Lord offers us in Christ Jesus. There are a lot of Christians who are always walking in sadness without realising that there is a joy in Christ Jesus that they could have.Another thing that I have also learnt over the years is that a lot of people suffer from one form of depression or the other withoutknowing it. It is the aim of this book, among other things, to educate ourselves on how we could come out of every depressive phase that the devil will have us walk in. I have done some research into this area and I am grateful to all those who havetaught me things I never knew; some of which I have included in this book.Lastly, I will like you to know that God is never late. What God has said about you and me is what He will do. Waiting time is never wasted time.
