This book is a call to lost souls to understand that following Jesus is sensible. It is also a rebuke to much that is done in the name of Christianity that undermines God's Word by elevating tradition, superstition, and areas that should not receive high importance. Those who know Jesus are encouraged to follow Jesus by putting His Word above all other competing voices, which often are contrary even though they come from those claiming to speak for God.
