The book of Revelation provides the clearest biblical picture of the events surrounding the Tribulation.

This period deals with the seven-year period of God's judgment on the earth following the rapture of the Church saints. It also details the terrible time of suffering that is ushered in. Revelation: Daily Scriptures to Receive, Reflect, and Respond details the judgment through a series of events, inaugurated by the breaking of seven seals. This grand judgment on sinful humanity shows the seriousness with which God views sin. He concludes with the wonderful invitation in Revelation 22:17 for people today who have not trusted in Christ: The Spirit and the bride say, "Come." Let anyone who hears this say, "Come." Let anyone who is thirsty come. Let anyone who desires drink freely from the water of life.
