Your purpose is now." - It carries a powerful reminder: life's breath itself is a gift and a reason to live with intention. Drawing from the lessons of the pandemic, the book frames breath as both a symbol and a foundation for purposeful living, using the acronym B.R.E.A.T.H.E to outline seven transformative habits. Through a blend of personal narrative, self-reflection questions, and actionable insights, the author weaves together her faith, behavioural science expertise, and coaching philosophy. This integration offers readers not only a guide to discovering their life's purpose but also practical tools to cultivate habits of intentionality, reframing, empowerment, gratitude, resilience, influence, and mindfulness. These purposeful habits are deliberate actions that infuse life with meaning. Purpose is not a far-off destination - it is a journey you live every day. And that journey begins now.

About the Author

Windy Tshepiso Maledu was born and raised in Soweto, South Africa. She is a daughter, sister, mom, friend, and coach who is intentional in discovering and pursuing her purpose, inspiring others to do the same. Her faith in God is the anchor of her life. Living on a mission to serve the purposes of God in her generation. She is a lifelong learner with studies in MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Honours Dramatic Arts, and Certificates in Organisational Psychology. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at the South African Theological Seminary.
