I am not trying to be funny here but I take this old age thing seriously although I smile a lot; snicker some and laugh out loud ridiculously many, many times! Life is way too short to change your nickname to Grumpy or Dopey like the little seven dwarfs in the fairy tales just because you are aging. NO it's not always fun but when you can change it all by yourself please let me know and keep finding fun moments in it helps a lot.

I hope this book helps you in your ever changing body that seems to go nowhere fast but to set in your nearest comfy recliner that your body now feels comfortable in and adheres to. Let's get up and get going, there is much more to do in this life! We don't need to give up, it's early yet in our season and I'm going to prove that to you in many ways throughout these writings with personal experiences and Bible Scripture to help along the way. Remember there is much to do yet and God will use you mightily if we but seek Him.
