Jesus never wrote a book, yet the impact of his words have changed the entire world. He said his work was to reveal the Father and he did this by talking about the Father to people. Ordinary people, his family, his friends, people who initially did not believe in him and in talks with people he met. In these conversations he faithfully and powerfully introduces the world to the greatest truth, the truth of all truths, that almighty God is his Father. He reveals that God is also our Father who wants us to know him and wants us to relate to him in the same way as Jesus does.

This book is about that process of how Jesus revealed the Father through his conversations with his family and friends. It explores imaginatively how those people would have encountered Jesus and reacted to what he said. It then looks at how through the Gospels the Holy Spirit has brought all the implications of this revelation together. Today Jesus continues to reveal his Father to us and invites us into his relationship with him.
