"No one is fully safe from their own ability to fail."

I've believed in God my entire life. Why did I take a dark turn in my life? The light was fading away right before my eyes. The trials and tribulations were overwhelming. I didn't know if I would survive when I started living in the dark. I had choices to make. God gave me free will. The devil wanted my spirit and mind crushed. He was happy to see me fail and wanted to take me all the way down. How did this happen?

Was I going to fight my way back to the "light"? Was God going to be there waiting for me? Would I have the will and strength in my resolve to stand up again? At what cost? How far would I go? God allowed challenges, failure, and the chance I would lose my life. I am sharing my story in hopes my testimony will help others.
