From the outside, my life looked full. A husband, children, faith, and stability. But behind the smile I had mastered for years lived anxiety, depression, shame, and quiet battles no one could see.

There was a night when I nearly gave up on my life.

This book is my story. The story of hiding, surviving, surrendering, and finally telling the truth. It is about childhood insecurity, emotional wounds, motherhood, hospital rooms, and the night everything came into the light. It is about learning to trust God when I did not have the strength to hold myself together anymore.
