In life, we all go through storms, but how we navigate through these storms determines if we will come out on the other side with Purpose. I battled feelings of fear, inadequacy, and sadness for most of my life. These feelings hindered me in a lot of areas in my life. So much so that I had low expectations regarding who I was or what I was created to do. I did not believe that I could do anything successfully and not for God. But that all changed in 1999 when a storm came to the shores of my heart. It rattled, shook, and shifted everything that I trusted in and relied upon. I thought I had a perfect life, but the Storm revealed that God did not want me to have a perfect life; He wanted me to have a Purposed life.

God used my Storm to uncover the enemy's plan for my life. Living in fear, feeling inadequate and sadness were all a part of Satan's plan to keep me from knowing who I was in Christ. This book is my testimony of how God used a storm to reveal who I was in Him. The enemy may have instigated the Storm, but God used it for His Purpose.
