GLOW is a cross community and intergenerational charity that operates within City Life Centre in West Belfast delivering Personal Development, life skills and mentoring to women and young girls.

Established in 2011, GLOW has reached 100's of women and young girls empowering them to believe in their value and worth through their unique Personal Development Programmes and continues to reach out and support more throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.
