This has been a declaration and a command for women for many years, for they have proven that they are capable of "getting the job done". Women have learned to use their power and influence in their personal, social, political, and business lives. They are leaders in their homes, careers, communities, and even in their churches.

As we know, women were the primary converts in the early church and they continue to make up many of the congregants in most churches today. Jesus called the women of His Church to be His disciples and to be strong. As Christian women, we have a profound spiritual influence in and outside of the church.

Women have always been powerful! Our spiritual strength and influence are the result of the Holy Spirit residing within us.
