Lessons from the Book of James in the areas of arrogance, prejudice, anger, apathy, perseverance, and wisdom are discussed and shown how they apply to law enforcement and correctional officer today- the Modern-Day Centurions. Examples from the Bible and the author's 32 years of law enforcement experiences are depicted to show how the the Lord loves law enforcement and correctional officers, as well as how to practice our Christianity in our work and home life.
