This is an intelligently constructed piece of work: sensitive to the requirements of her readership, the author takes time to explain the foundations of spiritual healing and answer some commonly asked questions clearly, simply, and unambiguously, before presenting her own 'plan of action'. The prose is lucid and fluent while the writing remains rich and textured.

The hardest thing for people to let go of is fear:- fear of what people may think of us; fear of what people will say about us; and fear that people won't like us.
