Healing Ourselves and the World: Learning From the Emerging Wisdom of Collective Awakening, tells the story of an adventure that began twenty-five years ago when a group of people, dedicated to healing themselves, came together and used breathwork and guided imagery to release old trauma patterns. What started as a search for personal healing became an exploration into higher consciousness and the realms of subtle energy. Over time, as we tapped into the power of our unified group field, we began to create subtle energy structures (matrices) that held extraordinarily high states of consciousness. This journey into consciousness would reveal to us how we create with our minds. Although we did not know it, we were being prepared to receive a new level of Unity for humanity. I call this state Henosis which is Greek for that from which all things come, and it is an important part of a profound shift now happening on our planet. This change supports a new way of being with each other and living in harmony with the Earth. Embracing Henosis is our next step as a species.
