Drawing from first-hand experience, Chris Taylor and Bruce McLeod, both widowed men, collaborate to produce "Take Heart! A Widowed Man's Guide to Growing Stronger". Bruce and Chris bring their perspectives to other men who have also suffered the loss of their wives.

"Take Heart!" can be used for individual or group study. The questions at the end of each chapter will guide men through their grief process into finding their new normal. In a group setting, the discussion with other men will add richness, depth and meaning.
