Falling in love has never been so sweet

John and Kari fall madly in love, faster than either of them ever dreamed could be possible.

A romantic courtship leads John to Kari's bedside at the hospital when pregnancy complications arise resulting in a bedside wedding.

Their untraditional marriage sparks some concern with John's family. His conservative mother convinces them to marry in a public ceremony so that friends and family can witness it. Kari and John agree and work day and night, to make their wedding an event that reflects the love they have for each other.

But John's past comes knocking, and things get ugly, quickly. An ex-flame proves obsessive and abusive claiming that John is a liar and a cheater who is actually betrothed to her. John insists none of this is true. He tells Kari that his ex-lover is obsessed with him, and that she is lying. He promises that he never loved this woman, much less promised himself to her.

The obsessive ex-lover not only threatens to drive Kari and John apart -- she threatens to end their lives, and after a dreadful display, the couple is wracked with fear. It seems that nothing can be done to keep the ex-lover away, and she continues to threaten Kari and John's lives.

Will Kari and John be able to pull through the danger, and come out of the storm with their love still intact? Or will this be the end of a short love story, destined for disaster?
