Tye Hannibal is a rodeo cowboy who is angry at the world thanks to the serious injuries he sustained from being trampled by an 1,800-pound bull. His doctor has warned Tye that while he will recover, it is not likely that he will ever compete in a professional rodeo again. A loner, Tye chases away anyone who tries to help him during his recovery-until the day he meets a young horse lover named Marigold who says she wants to help him take care of his horse.
